Darren is a licensed real estate agent who has amassed 14 years of experience into his 32 years of life. In fact, you could say Darren has lived and breathed real estate since he was 9 years old as that is when his father became a partner of the business.
Darren has nearly always been a Penrith resident and has lived in many of the suburbs that he now works in. In 1992 the opportunity to purchase a real estate in Glebe was irresistible so along with his friend he purchased Montano Realty Glebe and in the first year won awards for the most improved office, property management award and both partners won an auction award. After 4 years Darren sold his half of the business to travel overseas and begin a family which now consists of Thomas 4y/o and Stefany 1y/o.
In 1996 Darren rejoined the Nationwide team and in 2001 he purchased a half share of the business. Very few agents have Darren's experience and pedigree. He has won numerous awards over the years and has sold properties from small one bedroom units in Kingswood to huge acreage properties, high rise apartments in Sydney CBD, commercial and industrial property all over the state and hundreds of development properties of all shapes and sizes. |

After finishing school in 1988 Craig moved to the country town of Tamworth to begin work in the Hospitality industry, eight years later returning to Penrith to begin a career in the Real Estate industry.
After having completed the Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) course through Hawkesbury University, Craig began work at Nationwide Realty Penrith.
Since beginning his career at Nationwide Realty Craig has learnt many skills necessary to work in the different areas that make up Real Estate. Such skills include; effective communication skills, negotiating and marketing skills. The areas Craig has developed experience in include skills in property management, administration, sales support and sales.
Craig's main business goal now is to concentrate on listing and selling as many rural and residential properties as he can, while still providing the highest possible service to his clients. Craig's main personal goal is to remain enthusiastic, honest and a good communicator to gain trust and respect from his clientele and to make a reputable name for himself personally and for his business |

Rex is a qualified Accountant who has worked in Real Estate in the local area for the past seven years.
Prior to working in Real Estate, Rex worked in the banking and finance industry for over fifteen years, during that time dealing with home owners, developers and investors on a daily basis.
Rex is keen to assist both landlords and tenants and is doing his utmost to achieve the best service for all clients. Listening to what cust
omers want and matching this to each clients needs is sometimes a tough job but one that Rex loves. |
